  Lynne Laack – Treatment Coordinator

Hello, I’m Lynne. I have been with Mishicot Dental since 1999. I started as a receptionist and became the treatment coordinator in 2008.  I deal mostly with the financial end of all treatment plans and patient insurance. I have an enthusiastic attitude, great communication skills, and I love building compassionate relationships with our patients. I love helping people achieve their goal of a healthy smile and working with our patients on any insurance or scheduling need they may have.

My husband’s name is Mike and we have two daughters, Brianna and Hailey, three black labs, Abby, Rockey and Comet and a Schnauzer named Mickey. In my spare time I love going for walks, reading books, and spending time with my family and friends.

Michelle Patek – Dental Assistant

Hello, I’m Michelle and I have assisted Dr. Lasslo since 2008. I have 5 years dental assisting experience. I assist Dr. Lasslo with dental procedures, take x-rays, assist the hygienist, lab duties and sterilization. Since I grew up in this area I know a lot of patients by their first name. The doctors are great to work for and very good at what they do. We provide very comprehensive dental care and have advanced technology.

I enjoy spending time with my two dogs Cooper and Mia and two horses, Doc and Rumor. I love hiking, biking, horseback riding, camping, hunting, and any other outdoor activity.

Chris Georgenson – Dental Hygienist

Hi, I'm Chris. I have worked as a dental hygienist since 1990 in the practice of RJ Lese Dental Clinic and Mishicot Dental. I really enjoy building rapport with patients. I feel communication is very important, as well as being a good listener. I enjoy getting to know my patients.

I have many duties as a dental hygienist; from doing a prophy (cleaning), periodontally, I am able to do scaling and root planing, periodontal assessment and maintenance. I also can administer anesthetic, flouride treatments, radiographs and oral health education.

I am married to my husband Brian and we have 3 children, Austin, Jadyn, and Rayna. We have 2 cats Azul and Anika. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, down hill skiing, cross country skiing, camping, biking, fishing and many of the activites her children are involved in. Her family is members of St. Anne Parish, where she also teaches first grade religious education.

Connie Ott – Dental Assistant

Hello, my name is Connie and I have been with Mishicot Dental since 2004. I assist Dr. Thiel, hygienists and order supplies for the office. I graduated from Lakeshore Technical College at the top of my class.

I have an enthusiastic attitude and love talking with our patients and getting to know them. I feel fortunate to be a part of a dental team of fun and friendly doctors and co-workers who work hard at being excellant at what they do.

I am a native of Two Rivers and now live in rural Francis Creek with my boyfriend Aaron and my black lab Cubby. In my free time I enjoy going for walks, cooking, baking, gardening, playing volleyball, dartball, watching all sorts of sports and spending time with family and friends.

Sandy Honzik – Dental Assistant

Hi, I’m Sandy. I have been with Mishicot Dental for 13 years. I started as Dr. Lese's assistant and now assist Dr. Erin Lasslo. I feel the doctors at Mishicot Dental are very knowledgeable and keep up with the latest technology. My favorite part of being an assistant is working with so many different people doing many different procedures. I enjoy the close interaction with the patients and my goal is to make them comfortable and relaxed during their visit.

My husband’s name is Mike and we have two sons, Alex and Drew, a daughter named Allison, and two cats named Lily and Tabby. I love watching our kid’s activities and am active with the Sports Booster and Parent Groups. I play volleyball, golf and dartball on the free nights.  Photography is a passionate hobby for me.  I enjoy a good book and spending time at our cottage in Little Sturgeon whenever we get the chance.

Jennifer Harteau – Dental Hygienist

Hello, my name is Jennifer. I have been a dental hygienist for the past 12 years. I enjoy helping our patients learn about their oral health and making choices to better their periodontal health. Our office is up to date on the latest technology, continuing education and we are a conservative, yet preventative office helping seek optimal dental health.

As a hygienist, I get to do dental cleanings, place sealants, assess patients periodontal condition, provide oral hygiene instructions and take dental x-rays.

I graduated from Madison Area Technical College in 1997. I am married to my husband Jason and we have 2 daughters Hannah and Trysta. We have a yellow lab Mollie. I my spare time I teach Jazzercise, I also enjoy camping, fishing, swimming, rollerblading, scrapbooking, skiing, ice skating, sledding and love family time.

Sarah Peronto – Dental Assistant

Hi, my name is Sarah. I have been at Mishicot Dental since 2004. I assist Dr. Thiel with many dental procedures, assist the hygienists, order dental products, set-up the lab and sterilization. Along with assisting the Doctor, I explain procedures to our patients and show them models of dental work to help them understand their treatment better. I enjoy being around people and being able to do different procedures everyday. Our dentists are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and work with.

My husband's name is Matt. We have one daughter, Addison who was born in April 2010. We also have two dogs Bullet and Ellie. I love being a new mom, hanging out with family and friends, shopping, baking, running, camping, and playing volleyball.

Patti Rathsack – Dental Hygienist

Hi, I'm Patti and I have been a dental hygienist since 1992. I enjoy building relationships with patients and educating them about their oral health needs. Using my communication skills allows me to open new doors for patients. I am proud to work in a very progressive dental clinic where staff education is emphasized.

I administer preventative dental services including dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, radiographs, scaling and root planing, fluoride therapy and sealants. I am also licensed to administer anesthetic.

My husband's name is Jim and we have two grown children Patrick and Bridget. I enjoy traveling, walking, reading, biking, skiing and camping. My husband and I are having fun being empty nesters.

Cindy Lemmens – Office Manager

Hello, my name is Cindy. I have been with Mishicot Dental since 1998. I started out as Dr. Lese's assistant and transitioned into the office manager in 2002. I do a variety of office procedures including marketing, payroll, accounts payable and maintenance. I also help our patients with complex treatment plans and insurance questions. I get to help out wherever needed, so sometimes I'm answering the phone or assisting the doctor. I enjoy my job because I can help people in so many ways.

I am married to my husband, Brian, and we have a daughter Kayla, a cat named Elvis, and a dog named Maddie. I love to hunt, go fishing, 4 wheeling, quilt, scrap book, garden, and spend time at our land in Silver Cliff with my family and friends.

Karen Katzka-Administrative Coordinator

Hello, my name is Karen. I have worked at RJ Lese Dental Clinic and Mishicot Dental for almost 20 years. I am the administrator coordinator so I’m the first person you see when you walk in the door. As the administrator coordinator I greet our patients, collect information, and alert the dental team when their patient has arrived. My favorite part of my job is being able to see all of our patients, old and new, and share a conversation with them. I love working with our doctors because they are so good at explaining things to our patients and also bring new technology and ideas to the practice.

I live in rural Francis Creek with my husband Dennis. I have 3 grown children; Aaron, Amy and Amber, 2 son-in-laws Scott and Greg and two wonderful grandchildren Parker and Autumn. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, gardening, walking in the woods, cooking and spending time with my family.

Becky Kraynek - Dental Hygienist 

Hi my name is Becky. I have been with Mishicot Dental since 2005. I attended UW-Milwaukee and then went on to NWTC to complete my hygiene degree. As a hygienist I do dental cleanings, periodontal procedures, demonstrate home care techniques and educate our patients on how to care for their teeth. I enjoy meeting our patients and getting to know them on a professional level. I feel very fortunate to be a part of such a wonderful team of coworkers at Mishicot Dental.

I grew up in Two Rivers and now live in rural Manitowoc with my husband Ben and two girls Sophia and Maria. We have 2 cats Popcorn and Pumpkin and a mastiff dog Estelle. In my free time I enjoy walking, biking, skiing, camping, going up north, going to Brewer games and just spending time with family.
 

Carie Satterburg - Dental Hygienist

Hello. My name is Carie. I have been a dental hygienist for the past 14 years. I enjoy educating and motivating my patients to help them achieve and maintain a healthy smile.

I am fortunate to work with such a great team who desire to keep current with continuing education and current technology in order to offer the best care to our patients.

As a dental hygienist I provide dental cleanings, periodontal procedures, sealants, topical fluoride, oral hygiene instruction, and dental x-rays.

My husband's name is Chris. We have three beautiful daughters; Erin, Savanna and Maria. We have a black lab named Riley. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, camping, boating, fishing, four wheeling, walking  and going to the beach.

Amy Kangas - Scheduling Coordinator 

Amy Kangas has joined our team in June 2011 as scheduling coordinator. She comes to Mishicot Dental with over 25 years experience in the dental field.

I am a graduate of Manitowoc Lincoln and LTC Dental Assisting Program. I enjoy using my dental knowledge to help our patients with insurance questions and scheduling their appointments. I'm also enjoying getting to know the patients.

I live in Manitowoc with my husband and daughter. During my free time I love to garden, go fishing, watch movies and spend time with my family. You will also find me teaching jazzercise throughout Manitowoc County.
